About Me
I found my way to plant-based living through my own desire to feel better in my body and more at ease in my life. Along the way, I discovered that nourishment is about so much more than food, it’s also about how we move, what we believe, how we connect, and how we care for ourselves through life’s changes. Today, I guide women, especially in midlife and beyond, to discover their own Vital Menu, so they can feel nourished instead of depleted and reconnect with balance, vitality, and ease in everyday living.
My Approach
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to feeling well. True nourishment comes from aligning with what you uniquely need in this season of life. My approach weaves together food, movement, spirit, and connection, inviting you to listen inward and build a Vital Menu that supports your energy, rhythms, and real life. Rather than rules or rigid plans, I offer guidance, practices, and inspiration that help you move from depletion toward balance, vitality, and ease, at your own pace.
